Agree 100%. Lately I felt myself feeling a bit off, and I realized wait - I havent been to therapy in ages! Sometimes we feel we get to a place where we fix everything, so we stop doing all the daily habits that keep us mentally healthy. It's just like working out or eating healthy - gotta work that brain/emotions too! Thanks for the response :)
