Did This Full Moon Give Us ADHD?

Yesterday I felt a little bit insane — starting a million tasks and getting distracted by others — I learned that I wasn't alone.

Late last night, I went for a walk to calm my jittery brain. I commonly feel a little restless, but this time was different. Usually, I’m restless and need to get my body moving, this was more of a scatterbrained feeling where I needed to calm it down. Not negative — just all over the place.

I called my best girlfriend to just shoot the shit like usual and she started to tell me about how crazy she felt all day. She had done over 10,000 steps just walking around her 700 sq ft home, cleaning and tinkering.

Doing random task after random task — and sometimes stopping one halfway through to start another.

I cracked up laughing because I could relate — I had done the exact same thing!!! I was blown away that she was just bringing this up out of the blue.

But not that surprised, because we were almost always living parallel lives over the years. We both thought to ourselves….

Was the full moon to blame for our “insanity?”
