Don’t waste your money on products for your acne — start here.
No matter how many products you buy, no matter how many facials you get — if you don’t start with the fundamentals, your acne will remain.
I used to have brutal pimples. They were in the worst spots too — always between my eyebrows and on my cheeks right near my nose. Could it be any worse? I guess anyone with acne thinks theirs is the worst — and I feel for you…. You can’t exactly hide your face. Well — masks these last couple of years can hide your zits around your mouth, but it also made breakouts a lot worse so it was a total catch-22.
I even had times when my pimples were so nasty that I wore a bandaid and lied and said my cat scratched me. Or worse, I used my mom's concealer, but she’s African American and my skin is more of an olive tone….need I say more?? It was beyond embarrassing.

Aim for 1/2 your body weight in pounds in ounces of water, minimum. So, if you weigh 100 lbs, that's 50 oz of water minimum. There are free calculators online for this. And no, not juice, even…
