For your 72 hour fast did you have water? I’ve done 5-day juice fasts and many 3 day ones as well. The longest water fast was 48 hours — I find it brings up so much clarity too! I’m quite thin, so I'm cautious about doing longer fasts. I do love the refeeding process though haha!
