We’ve all heard the stories of someone getting into a huge accident or getting diagnosed with a terminal disease and then changing their life for the better. Only after they hit rock bottom.

That's the problem — Humans usually don’t make big changes in their lives until the shit hits the fan.

Why is that?

Well, because it’s uncomfortable.

If you can get comfortable with being uncomfortable, you don’t have to wait until you’re on your potential death bed before you make the changes that you deserve to live a happy and fulfilled life.

Where do you start?

Start by sitting with yourself.

Sit in silence.

Watch your thoughts.

Witness them.

Sit with the lack until you see the answers.

What are you currently lacking in your life will become clear as day when you actually let yourself notice your habits.

Uncomfortable, yes.

But, tolerable — you can do it.

Take a look at your daily actions — do you have any addictions? Are you numbing yourself with drugs, alcohol
