Hey, thank you so much for sharing this, but I'm in Canada so your measurement units are different, can you share the units of measurement? then I can do a conversion! She testing all of those, as well as Ferritin, Thyroid, B12, and liver/kidney markers. Let me know what those units are, and i can convert and see where I stand based on those ranges! Also, thats so awesome that you've been tracking since 1996!! You're on top of it, what have you noticed has had the biggest negative and positive impact? Thanks :)
