Love this article! I was vegan for years and felt great as well mentally and physically- I have written about why I introduced minimal amounts of meat (like one serving a month) when my body tells me I need it. Not saying this is something you should do, but just sharing my experience with you as it really helped me. My mother is African American and father is Scottish- I learnt about my heritage and my blood type and found that a lot of that data made sense! For me it’s mostly veggies fruits, nuts, seeds and good quality grass fed red meat. I have to be in the right headspace but it changed my life for the better ❤️ I also had to go deep into researching where my meat came from and how the food system works. Vegan might not be the best option for the planet but more plant based definitely is! Thanks for writing this
