Overcome Your Depression Through Expression.

Many of us are feeling stuck and depressed, here’s what I know is the key to getting out of that rut.

Depression can be complicated and overwhelming. Is a nutritional imbalance? Is it environmental? Is it chemical? Mental? Is it all of the above or only one of those things and you’re working on the wrong thing?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start when combatting your depression — or if you’ve been trying to figure it out for a while, but haven’t quite pinned a solution — you’ve come to the right place.

No matter what the cause of your depression, this tip will help you.

Essentially — you need to learn to express your emotions in a healthy way, in order to overcome your depression. If you’re suppressing your “negative” emotions, your chances of being depressed are much higher. I would argue that it's guaranteed. A ticking time bomb perhaps? You’re living with a mask on — and that's not sustainable.

The concept is simple — express, don’t suppress — but the process isn’t going to be easy.

You may be required to make some big lifestyle changes before you can face your true emotions.
