Also, congratulations on your break up, I hope it causes you to level up ❤️ one thing that really helps me in the hard moments, is something my friend said - of course it’s hard, it’s hard because you care, and that’s because you’re a caring person. It’s a good sign.

Her telling me that helped because I felt I should just be able to let go of him overnight because of how he treated me. The love was still there, even if it was more of an addiction-type love.
