Thanks for the tips! I'm cautious about hot hot the drinks are - but as for the full fat yogurt, and the goat cheese. I've found research otherwise! Full fat keeps me satiated, and its less processed. The cheese I eat is goat cheese, which is a great source of nutrients and MCT's! There is a lot of research supporting goat cheese and sheep cheese for health benefits, as well as full fat yogurt (grass fed, organic, local). Thank you for the tips though! My cholesterol and triglycerides are very low, so I think it's working for me. The one thing I noticed that really raises cholesterol is SUGAR. Not fat!
