This is an article about one of the main reasons men are angry — its definitely not the only reason. I understand that as a man who has been dealing with anger for the last 4 years, you might have anger triggered from something else — and I’m sure you’re aware that anger is a surface emotion where there is something deeper underneath (usually fear).

I have taken this information from all the men in my life. I have many close male friends, many male acquaintances, and a close relationship with my brother.

By all means, I’m not saying this is the only reason that men are angry, this was just a short opinion about what I’m noticing in many men who have opened up to me about not knowing their purpose anymore and where they fit. There are thousands of other reasons men can be angry! So I’m sorry you took this as a personal assumption. It was just an article about a repetitive topic that was coming up in my life, and I’ve found that showing the men in my life compassion has helped. That makes many women angry because they are bitter about always having to be compassionate, but I live by love always being the answer. You can’t fight fire with fire!
