You’re right! I didn’t include salt because it’s a non issue when you cook for yourself with whole foods in their natural form! Salt is very different than sodium too - it’s the sodium in all the fake stuff and takeout/restaurant/fast foods that get ya! I use Himalayan salt in my cooking or sometimes local sea salt - I love salty flavours and get to the enjoy it the healthy way!
Table salt is not ideal - that’s for sure. I should have mentioned that!
