You're right, this is very true! Thankfully, I've been through many doctors, and this one takes a more holistic approach. I also get all my bloodwork copies sent to me so I can analyze it. All of those numbers were tested, and many more. I considered sharing them on here, but worry about people comparing, so decided against it! What would you said is your ideal number for the things you mentioned? I'm curious! Thanks for the response
